DownCount stores only what’s needed to operate your account and provide income tracking — for example your email, the shifts you log, and subscription status. We don’t sell your data.

How we use it

Authentication and billing are handled by trusted providers. You can request a data export or deletion at any time by emailing tom@feltsmoketech.com.

Analytics & errors

We use lightweight analytics to understand usage and improve the product. Error reporting may capture minimal technical details to diagnose issues — never your password.
