DownCount stores only what’s needed to operate your account and provide income tracking — for example your email and the shifts you log. We don’t sell your data.

How we use it

Authentication is handled by trusted providers. You can request a data export or deletion at any time by emailing tom@feltsmoketech.com.

Analytics & errors

We use lightweight analytics to understand usage and improve the product. Error reporting may capture minimal technical details to diagnose issues — never your password.
