Subscriptions & Billing

DownCount Pro is a recurring subscription. Pricing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year (billed annually). Taxes may apply. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the in‑app Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, access remains through the end of the current paid period. We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or violate applicable law.

Disclaimers

DownCount is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
